We are now looking for a Full-time Finance Assistant/Administrator who wants to help create order and enjoys working closely with the operations in a smaller company with many different tasks.

We are a small team with big ambitions. Here, short decision paths, clear responsibilities, and close collaboration are key.

About us

Göteborgs Fyrverkerifabrik is an established company with long experience in professional pyrotechnics for events, concerts, and public gatherings. The sale of equipment and consumables is also a significant part of our business.

You will work on-site with us in Billdal, closely with the CEO and other employees.

What you will do

In the role of Finance Assistant/Administrator, you will have independent and clear responsibility for ongoing financial administration. You create structure, ensure that the numbers are correct, and contribute to the company having good control and foresight. But you are also the spider in the web and one of our faces towards suppliers and customers.

Your tasks include, among others:

Ongoing bookkeeping

Handling of supplier invoices

Customer and supplier accounts

Reconciliation of accounts and payments

Reminders and simpler collection matters

Administration of expenses and travel invoices

Payroll management

Employer declarations and personnel administration

You will also work with:

Freight bookings

Responding to emails and phone calls.

Supporting the CEO and relieving some of his workload

General administration of the company's papers and documents.

We are looking for someone who is:

Meticulous, structured, and confident in your work style

Independent but enjoys working closely with others

Unpretentious and solution-oriented

Interested in finance and eager to grow into a new role and understand the company's business.

We place great importance on personal suitability and that you thrive in a small organization where all roles are important.

We believe that you have:

Experience working as a finance assistant or in a similar role

Good system proficiency, preferably in Fortnox or equivalent

Ability to plan and prioritize your work independently

Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Extra plus if you also have:

Experience in advertising and sales

Worked in smaller or medium-sized companies with broad roles

Previous experience with national or international freight bookings.

Scope: Full-time

Location: Billdal

Employment type: Permanent (probationary period applies)

Start: By agreement

The work primarily takes place on-site - daytime

The position is an employment – we are not looking for consultants or self-employed.
